Dec 2010 –May 2011 - Manufacturing Engineer for the King Air 350 Assembly Challenge Team Project. Developed, documented and implemented technical data packages for transition of sheet metal sub-assemblies and major assemblies to partners and suppliers. Analyzed current manufacturing processes, and validated process to type design of aircraft. Provided technical guidance to Engineering, Quality, Tooling and Operations to ensure a successful transition of the King Air 350 to Chihuahua, Mexico. Interfaced daily with all levels of Production and Operations Management to ensure schedule compliance and overall project success.

Boeing/Planetechs- 787 Program- Charleston, SC Mar 2010- Oct 2010 Quality Engineer: Planned and conducted quality audits to aid in new productions processes. Led process improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, process improvement metrics and implemented corrective action directives. Provided, quality training, consulting, and standards interpretations. Used trouble shooting methods to determine production problems related to product quality issues.
