JOB DESCRIPTION

a) Collating all human resources procedures on staff (shortlisting, interview, engagement, confirmation, disciplinary for eering staff, promotion, transfer, and disengaging problematic or fraudulent staff).

b) Conducting aptitude test and interview for candidates and liaising with retained hospital for pre-employment test.

c) Conducting orientation for successful candidates and putting them through bank opening for salaries, pension forms and other necessary registrations.

d) Opening n maintaining official files for Staff. Keeping all staff data for easy referencing.

e) Conducting in-house training for all levels of staff and liaising with external trainers (NIM, ICAN etc) for external trainings.

f) Preparation of monthly salary schedule with accounts and liaising with banks for payment.

g) Preparing spreadsheet for staff pensions and filling Pensions administrator’s schedule for remittance of staff pensions. Liaising with accounts for issuance of pension cheque.

h) Vetting all incoming medical bills and also liaising with Health Management Provider for all medical problems.

i) Liaising with all telephone providers (Mtn, Celtel, Globacom, Nitel, Intercellular, Reltel, Starcomm) for all our telephones and making payments monthly on them.

j) Procuring all office needs, furniture, stationeries, toiletries, provisions, and other edible products (biscuits, water etc).

k) Responsible for all routine payments – office rentals, Electricity bills n other bills.

l) Attend negotiation meetings on behalf of management.

m) Acting as a medium between staff and management and maintaining excellent staff relations while at the same time saving a lot of factors and acting in the eye of the management.

n) Preparing staff benefits which includes Christmas bonus, deferred benefits and others as indicated by management in staffs letters of employment.
