• Edit, add, delete, and update utility infrastructure along with create and maintain hyperlinks utilizing Arc Map and Arc FM for the Gas, Water, and Wastewater Departments.

• Update and reconcile versioning edited/ updated data within an Arc SDE geodatabase.

• Research and repair geocode failures and duplicate data for Gas, Water, and Wastewater departments.

• Update ArcReader data into the CMMS/ MGIS directory.

• Compile graphic data using Arc Map, EDMS, and Microsoft Access.

• Construct detailed as-builts, utility drawings, and maps for Engineering division, inspectors, and field crew using Auto CAD.

• Perform field work to update mobile data by locating points; gas valves, water valves, fire hydrants, and sewer manholes using available tools such as locators, Trimble handheld GPS unit, and information provided by Arc Reader.

• Train temp. employees as well as QAQC work done thereafter.

• Utilize Arc Map to provide maps and queried data as needed by internal departments.

• Facilitate department by scanning service records, Department of Transportation Permits, Right of Way Permits, itemized bill reports, and valve maintenance records while correctly processing and transferring information into EDMS.

• Update permits and service record data to reflect corrections when discrepancies are identified.

• Develop and maintain organizational charts for all Underground Utility divisions using Microsoft Visio.
