Submarine Special Operations Officer, COMSUBFOR, Norfolk VA, April 2008-December 2009. Coordinated the tasking, training, & special equipment loadout for highly classified missions across the globe for all US Submarines. Conducted background investigations of all prospective Submarine Commanding Officers. Entrusted to maintain custody of highly sensitive submarine equipment. Completed multiple safety and security inspections with no discrepancies.

Electronic Warfare Officer, 1-9 Infantry and 1-41 Field Artillery Battalions, US Army, Al-Anbar Province, Iraq, April 2007-April 2008. Worked for the US Army as an Electronic Warfare Specialist. Maintained accountability of, made repairs to & trained numerous soldiers on the operation of 140 electronic countermeasures devices. Supervised the maritime operations of over 200 US Navy warships in the Red Sea, Persian Gulf & Northern Indian Ocean while coordinating Joint Operations in the Horn of Africa, Straits of Hormuz & Gulf of Aden with 75 vessels from 20 coalition countries. Protected the Iraqi oil platform infrastructure, coordinated the civilian evacuations of Lebanon, & organized humanitarian relief operations following the Pakistani earthquake & floods. Supervised numerous at-sea rescues of Mariners in distress & coordinated rescue operations following acts of piracy off the coast of Somalia.

Responsible for safely ballasting & positioning the submarine in the drydock in preparations for refueling the reactor, overhauling the engine room & upgrading the Weapons Department.

Main Propulsion Assistant, USS Jacksonville, SSN-699, Norfolk VA. January 2003-December 2004. Supervised 35 nuclear trained mechanics while maintaining an 186MW nuclear reactor and propulsion plant. Directly responsible for maintaining ship propulsion during reactor plant casualties and providing reliable electrical generation via high pressure steam turbines. Operationally deployed in support of the Global War on Terrorism from Aug 2003 to Dec 2003.
