Ø Implemented Lean Manufacturing and ISO 9000 principles at Remington Arms and CoorsTek resulting in cost savings in production and reducing scrap. Focusing upon customers, processes, system approach to management, and factual decision-making, minimal investments were necessary for the drafting designs and engineering for changing product lines.
Ø Involved in engineering R&D project for LM Glasfibers, wind power blade manufacturing plant in Little Rock, Arkansas, that involved an innovative method of vacuum forming and curing of structural resins.

Hall Manufacturing is a producer of both in-ground and aboveground petroleum storage tanks. They also manufacture a line of tow-behind grass and weed mowers. They are located in North Little Rock, AR.
Responsibilities included the design and layout of new petroleum storage tanks on a make-to-order basis as well as engineering duties for the mower line and an all-terrain vehicle in development.
