Duties include: plant supervision and troubleshooting, Operator refresher training, morning meetings, obtaining reagent and supplies for plant, total weekend responsibility (6 plants- SX EW plants), Health & safety review with operators. Preventive maintenance of Lab equipments eg AA machine, sulfuric acid auto-Titrator etc.
Plant daily production- 0.5 million pounds of copper per day for Modoc plant

- Aqueous entrainment optimization study.
- SX organic recovery equipment optimization-The Tricanter.
