My main job is to maintain a daily count for all incoming tax accounts related to taxpayers such as, individuals, small business, and politicians. I correspond tax returns to all vital accounting information related to each taxpayer. I conduct research on various computer systems related to the Federal Government private data bases, which include assess to personal information as birth certificates, social security records, bank deposit records, etc. I would attach correspondences to each tax account where necessary to approve payments for tax refunds. I would also be responsible for stop payments on accounts that are in debt to the Federal Government for lien purposes. I would request from taxpayer proof of payments and conduct payment posting to update accounts received and accounts payable in full. I also was Liaison to the Board of Director for my Department of Notice Review. I would set up meetings, and perform business planning with the employees of the unit for resolution reason. I also handled the entire unit event planning, and conducted telephone call to provide analyst support for technical reasons. Handle incoming calls, and retrieve all outbound calls to the department.
