* Develop and enhance Human Resources strategies and tools across the talent lifecycle. One client streamlined one element of their recruiting process from 26 to 2, resulting in a 95% decrease in candidate data entry defects.
* Evaluate and revise clients’ business strategies and objectives to contend with rapidly changing market and competitive environments. In 18 months, one client moved from lowest to highest performing of 19 European subsidiaries in a global manufacturing organization.

* Designed and delivered simulation-based learning programs for "Negotiating with the Chinese" and "Negotiating in China." Programs were credited with helping to increase the quality of strategic acquisitions in those countries.
* Developed and conducted global learning needs assessment. Data was used to determine optimal size and design of the AlliedSignal Learning Center.
* Produced video on High Performance Work Teams. Video served as an integral element of corporate-wide “Total Quality Leadership II” training program. Use of internal A/S resources produced 30% savings compared to using an external production company.
* Helped design “Total Quality Leadership-2” (TQL2) process improvement learning process. Training was delivered to 75,000 employees around the world and resulted in significant process improvements.
