Saint Anne’s Hospital, Fall River, MA August – October 2009
Provided individual treatments for patients with TBI, stroke, hip and knee replacement, dementia, COPD, and a variety of other conditions. Met with families and educated them on home exercise programs and all aspects of follow-up care. Responsible for daily documentation and discharge planning.

Lead groups and provided individual treatment techniques for geriatric patients within adult day care setting. Developed activities for clients with dementia, COPD, CVA, cardiac conditions, and other similar diagnoses.
