•Pre employment sign-ups, fingerprints, background checks, administering policies and procedures and running new hire orientations entering new employees into Kronos, I-9 compliance, W-4 and medical clearance

•Distribute, track and maintain records for employee evals, disciplinaries, transfers, loans, pension changes, etc.

•Job related correspondence, opening and distribution of mail and faxes

•Create and maintain monthly cognos reports

•Create and post job opportunities within company

•Implement training programs

•Work with finance to ensure correct information for payroll runs.

•Billing reconciliation of Medical – Dental and Flexible Spending, Tuition reimbursement.
