I have extensive knowledge and training in control room operation, process controls and industrial maintenance of machinery and equipment. As an employee of both Unilever and Sun Products Corp, I have 18 years of experience as a Chemical manufacturing operator, 16 years of experience as a 1st grade Stationary Engineer and have operated all of the machinery and forklifts in the facility As maintenance planner for department, my responsibility has included meeting with vendors, scheduling maintenance and repair of all machinery, ordering industrial parts and equipment calibration. I have had the privilege and opportunity to expedite the process of running the plant effectively, efficiently, and with safe OSHA regulations.

* PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Implemented productivity improvement plan which resulted in significant company savings. Recalculated sulfur furnace settings to run plant at 114%. Increased productivity by 30%.
* MAINTENANCE PLANNING
Performed effective troubleshooting of machines/systems on daily basis as field checks and monthly pressure studies for SPC archive. Logged results into MPAC computer program, Worked closely with suppliers to ensure components, piping system, valves, filters, and process equipment were ordered and received. * Used SAP, ARIBA and MPAC for control and accounts payable.
* CREW MANAGEMENT
Supplied, scheduled, and trained department consisting of 8 employees. Performed the day to day operations reporting to supervisor.
* PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Inspected equipment and boiler daily. All machinery PM'd by sight, sound, pressure and temperature.
* SAFETY AUDIT
Entered F-tags into computer program and created work orders for maintenance to ensure safe compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
