· Estimate and deliver quotes to customers for their products including low, medium, and high volume stampings and assemblies, as well as tooling, assembly fixtures, and inspection fixtures.

· Facilitate Engineering Team meetings weekly for quote status and strategic improvement to gain more market share and win new customers.

· Create quote forms and quote “formulas” (utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word) for various quote pricing and linked customer forms to internal quote forms reducing quote turn around time and greatly improving percentage of quotes submitted “on time”.

· Member of the “Continuous Improvement Team”. Walked through plant and spoke with employees in an effort to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

· Attended technical reviews with customer (General Motors and Chrysler) to discuss current quotes and make recommendations for process improvement and cost savings.

· Quoted existing work being re-sourced to Henze and visited previous suppliers to review tool condition and quality of stampings.

· Designed and detailed dies when time permitted.
