Recruited to compile detailed Hotel/Resort Pre-Opening Schedule template for two real estate developers.

Full development responsibilities for two capital venture hospitality projects in the Caribbean and State of Virginia. Contracted for Planning, Preconstruction, Construction and Pre-Opening services. Projects valued at $98 million and $30 million respectively.

Project Manager/Owner’s Representative, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, New York, NY, 2008 to 2010

Recruited for Technical Services Project Manager to oversee and coordinate openings of several hotels along the east coast. Worked with Owners and Architects to make sure hotels comply with Kimpton operational standards and programs to ensure profitability for Owner and Kimpton.

Completed punchlist for all guestrooms, public spaces and back-of-house offices.
