Project -1: XtremeAlgo – Automatic Trading software
Duration: May -2010 to June 2011
Project Description:
The project XtremeAlgo is a step towards Algorithmic Trading (Automation Trading) using different sets of strategies. The orders are placed automatically and system will perform trades without human intervention on getting favorable market conditions. Different strategies place orders as per logic written in that strategy.
The objective is to test the risk computation or margins consumed at order and trade level for different market for clients and user dealer
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of test plan and test strategy.
• Written test scenarios based on functional document for Risk Computation.
• Created test data for Margin Computation Calculation.
• Written and execution of test cases for Risk Management.
• Updating and weekly review of test cases for requirement changes.

Project -2: RSX – Reliance Spot Exchange

Project Description:
The project Reliance Spot Exchange is a complete exchange solution for Reliance. It involves the interaction of Front end with OMS (Order Matching System) and Clearing & Settlement System during trading session. The pre-opening session is an addition trading session which takes place before the Morning Trading session. It allows orders to be entered into the trading system.
The pre-market session allow investors to monitor, buy and sell on various stocks ahead of the market opening.
Pre open phase is the session prior to the continuous trading. Begin of day liquidity is pooled during this session by allowing the participants to place buy as well as sell orders. No matching takes place when the market is in pre-open phase. The users are allowed to enter/modify/cancel orders.
The pre-opening session determines a fair opening price and reduces the loading of the system from a large number of order inputs and trade execution messages at the commencement of the morning session.
The objective is to test the Orders and trades perform through Front end in Order Matching Engine System (OMS). Also to test the sync and risk management features across whole system.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare Functional Specification document by gathering requirement from client

Project Description:
The project BIGMaps is Reliance Big Entertainment initiative to organize India’s information for local search business & even help you to find your way with Direction tool.
Application provides feature for Business search – say nearest pizza hut at Philadelphia USA, Event search in your city, Latest movie details along with theatre and show timing information and the most important is the routing system.
User can route the way from this current location or desired location to his/her destination place. The system provides all the possible routes along with maps.
The aim was to build the testing strategy and methodology for Testing. This includes defining the scope of the testing, identifying the objectives and steps, creation of execution plan, identifying the deliverables. And check the performance of the website using Load Runner tool.

The project BPR is Medic Alert’s initiative to revamp their existing IT systems that support their PHR & Emergency Medical Business. The system has relayed vital medical information to emergency responders about members’ medical conditions, allergies, medications and dosages, so they receive faster, safer treatment.
The proposed system shall be reimplementation of MedicAlert’s business & shall be tested keeping in mind a changing business environment & opportunity considerations, while catering to the current business requirements. The scope of the project was to test the functionality of the application thoroughly.
