- Manage and run the vocational rehabilitation jobs skills center of the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center.

- Vocational counseling, provide assessments such as the CareerScope Interest and Assessment, the Wonderlic Personnel Inventory, and OASIS/Enhanced Job analyzer, transferable Skills Analysis, provide online access and website listings for job search.

- Responsible for completing various tasks given by the department’s rehabilitation specialists and assist with case loads.

- Keep track of and enter in confidential documents of the Vocational Rehabilitation Department.

- Assist veterans by helping them get in contact with various community resources such as the
