o Observed Manufacturing of Tablets and gained knowledge of operating granulator and tablet press.

o Practiced Quality Control studies like weight variation test, friability test, and disintegration and dissolution tests according to Indian Pharmacopeia and observed compliance with individual monograph.

o Performed disintegration study of paracetamol tablet and submitted data to supervisor.

o Observed Manufacturing of Suspensions and Emulsions on large scale and filling and packaging in bottles.

Observed routine unit operation tasks for batch record signing in manufacturing area.

o Maintained documentation of unit operations performed in laboratory. Achieved knowledge of maintaining laboratory clean and equipments in accordance with GLP, cGMP guidelines.
