Details: The project deals with an inbound interface development for the Oracle Shipping process in Order Management module. The modification was done to the existing ship confirm package to get the data from 3rd party tool called DMPLUS into Oracle Shipping tables and then calling the Holds API for the backordered lines. An email notification program is also included in the same program.

The Sony STE Smartrack Extract Process involved outbound data flow for the Export and SOMEX(third party tool) Sales Orders. The extract needs to be done after the shipment process in Oracle.

The product handles the overall life cycling of an insurance process involving processing claims processing.
