PROJECTS:
CRAC Layout Management in optimizing Data center Cooling
The main objective of the project is to optimize the CRAC unit lay out and the width of the aisle to have appropriate cooling through out the data center. Construct a computer model of the data center. Analyze various scenarios (different positioning of CRAC) and find the pressure and temperature distribution above and below the raised floor.
Simulation of Datacenter with different scenario using CAD modeling Fully optimized Datacenter cooling with respect to CRAC positioning. Recommended Positioning of CRAC unit. Come up with the recommended width of the aisle. Use Computational Fluid Dynamics to calculate Heat Load of various servers.
Structural Analysis of Reduction Gear Box Shafting and Brackets
The parts for Gear Box Shafts and Brackets were created in PRO-E using part modeling tool
Analyzed the parts in proMechanica and the results obtained
In the analysis applied the constraints, loads, auto gem and selected the material
Calculated Sensitivity on the diametric part of the shaft
In the optimization considered von misses stress and factor of safety as design variables and optimized the diameter of the shaft
Design and Optimization of Egg Beater/Mixer
Designed the Egg Beater/Mixer using SolidWorks
Developed parts using 3D Modeling, assembled the parts in SolidWorks
Added Simulation to achieve emulation in 3D
Analyzed using UniGraphics for Ergonomics, stress and performance
Suggested and Reported Changes to design based on Analysis
Remodeled the Design with updated parts, Rendering and highlights are done
Developed 2 Dimensional and orthographic views
Design spokes of wheels for Harley Davidson Bikes
Designed the spokes of wheels using solid works and Unigraphics
Developed 2 Dimensional and orthographic views
The features like loft, fillet, and pattern, extrude, and combine are used
After design, rendering and highlights are done
Can Crusher Design
Developed the parts of the can crusher using solid works 2008
Assembly, exploded view, applied the material to the design
Applied constraints, load, meshing and did the stress, deflection and motion analysis
The second type of design is for multiple crushing multiple cans
Implemented rack and pinion mechanism with Animation
Created the parts separately and assembled to build the crusher
Rendered 2d orthographic standard views, exploded view, rendering and motion analysis
