Presently working in ACCOUNTS RECEIVEABLE department since July 23rd, 2008.

Promoted as a Team Coach on October 1st, 2010.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handling team of 13 members in absence of Team Leader and escalations on behalf of Team Leader and ensuring to provide smooth resolution to customer’s query.

Ensuring smooth function of day to day accounts receivable activities i.e. client servicing, credit reconciliation, accommodating customer’s query/ request, following up on outstanding receivables.

Working with internal departments (Billing/Sales/Tax/Corporate AR/Sr. Management) for resolution.

Preparing monthly team reports and maintaining all the relevant confidential data.
