JOB RESPONSIBILITYS: -

Vendor Development – As per changing business requirements.

To control the entire plant subcontract activities ( Machining ), Plate manufacturing, Special Process ( Heat Treatment & Semi Assembly

Responsible for cost reduction in all vendor process.

Responsible for any special process to be carried out in vendor.

Control and monitor the entire SAP R/3 activities related to Subcontract division ( MM Module)

Monitoring the BOM for which the raw materials sent to vendors, if any realization problem is there to be informed for the concerned departments for correcting the same.

Raising Purchase order to vendor.

Evaluation of vendor & Vendors follow up.

Improving quality of vendor by technical guidance.

Responsibility to take Corrective action to customer complaints.

Preparation of inspection plan.

Inspection of new drill jig, fixture and tools.

Implementation of new inspection methods.

In process inspection, Incoming inspection, Final inspection.

Obtained Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engg. With 63.7% from
