EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

I bring along ** years of successful domestic and international experience in E2E Logistics & SC operations within a variety of industries like Consumer Goods, Retail, FMCG, Dairy, Hospitality (restaurants) and, Services; working for or along with leader medium and large organizations in Africa, Middle East and, South America and, interacting with worldwide brands like Unilever, Kraft Foods International, Burger King International, Yum!, Starbucks, Lactalis, Fonterra and, Coca Cola, to mention a few. Having held different positions with a progressive career path that spans from assistant roles through director level responsibilities, with a hands-on approach yet with strategic thinking.

Have provided E2E logistics support not only in developed and emerging markets but, also, in remote and “war-zone” geographies like Iraq (2006-2010), Sudan and South Sudan (2010-2011). Have managed and/or overseen simultaneously up to 12 satellite warehousing & distribution operations across countries and/or regions with c.25,000smq, +120 delivery vehicles and millionaire inventories with c.15,000 SKU’s. Have played a key role in implementing S&OP for a USD450M BU, in developing and implementing business and division strategies and, have generated savings for c.USD20M through inventory optimization, fleet/truck utilization, procurement (food, non-food, commodities) and, 3PL’s contract negotiation.

Indirectly managed 10 satellite up country depots, 2 DC's and a +120 delivery trucks across Sudan (including South Sudan), through a professional team of 5 supervisory level direct reports and +50 indirect. As a member of the Management Team, contributed on the development and implementation of the company's business strategy.
