Job Profile –

• Pigments evaluation in particular paint against existing pigment & testing of pigment as per specifications. (as mass tone ,tinting strength, short term & long term testing).

• Evaluation of solvent in particular thinner. To check its evaporation rate, distillation range of thinner, flash point & sagging test. New additive evaluated in paint against existing additive & to test as per specifications.

• Evaluation of aluminum paste against existing aluminum paste in base coat & to check coarseness or fineness as well as finish & to test short term & long term testing.

• To handle short term projects as well as long term projects, shade matching, costing & SAP entry of products.

Projects –

• Effect of different monomers & oligomers on UV curable adhesives -

UV curable adhesives for glass to glass and glass to metal bonding by using different monomers, oligomers & photoinitiator. Curing within one minute with good bond strength, solvent resistance in different solvent media, ageing properties & set time also.
