Major Achievements:

1. Developed graphics for new Pulp Mill.

2. Involved in commissioning of DCS controlled Pulp Mill.

3. Crisis management ability was shown during Recovery Boiler shut. About 2700 Mts. Pulp was stored and reprocessed while the boiler was being repaired so that Paper M/cs could run unstopped.

4. Developed staff and workmen to adopt new technologies of new Pulp mill.

5. Successful commissioning of fractionators both in Pulp mill and Paper machine area to suit the paper furnish.

6. Optimization and reduction of inputs consumption in Stock preparation, Paper m/cs, PF Plant and Finishing House sections.

In recognition of consistent outstanding performance, I have received citation from Chairman and Managing Director of Thapar group, five times.

Presently held responsibilities:

1. Overall responsibility of total Paper Production area.

2. Production planning of Paper production as per the sales plans in ERP.

3. Production tracking to meet ATP ( ability to promise) and for customer satisfaction.

4. Coordinator for Quality management system.
