 Sent to solve the crisis of the Havana Shipyards - Casablanca. Made the Havana Shipyards profitable for first time in their history.

Operations, Development and Technology Manager

 Managed the operations of the company’s four ports and directly the operations of the main port, Nuevitas.

 Developed the Master Plan for the Ports of Nuevitas and Puerto Padre.

 Managed and supervised the construction of barges and tugs in the two shipyards of the Company, provided technical solutions and general assistance.

. Succesfully lead the Operations Optimization study and the implementation of its recommendations at the Port of Nuevitas, making possible a substantial increase in productivity.
