Developing HPLC methods and mass compatible methods.
Performing dissolutions and evaluating sink conditions for ER, DR, MR formulations using USP Type III and IV dissolution apparatus.
Evaluating intrinsic solubility of drugs prior to preformulation drug design by using intrinsic dissolution.
Preparing Certificate of Analysis for the isolated and characterized impurities.
Preparation of SOP’s for the chromatography and dissolution apparatuses.
Maintaining GLP compliance in the working area.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Organization : Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., IPDO, Bachupally.
Designation : Senior Executive
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Purification of synthesized compounds by recrystallization, Fractional distillation, Liquid-Liquid extractions, TLC and column chromatography.
Maintaining lab record note book and ensure lab compliance.
INSTRUMENTS HANDLED
Handling of HPLC, UPLC, TLC, preparative HPLC and Flash Chromatography.
USP Type I, II, III & IV and Intrinsic dissolution apparatus.
UV & FT-IR Spectrophometer.
PROFESSIONAL ACHEIVEMENTS
Isolated 96 impurities and unambiguously structural elucidation and conformation done for
41 impurities and synthesized compounds.
Isolated a conjugated estrogen impurity for addressing a deficiency for USFDA DMF filling.
Isolated eight isomers by chiral method to address USFDA deficiency.
USFDA deficiency came for pseudophedrine HCL to revalidate the method by Ephedrone Impurity. Ephedrone is highly unstable impurity. Ephedrone is prepared by synthetic way for online method validation.
Isolated six unknown impurities of Dexlansoprazole formed during stability study for USFDA DMF filling.
Isolated four unknown impurities of Esomeprazole for method validation for DMF filling.
Isolated three impurities of Sirolimus for DMF filling.
Isolated three impurities of Atrovastatin for method validation to address deficiency from USDFA.
To address an USFDA deficiency a discriminating method was developed by USP Type III dissolution apparatus for Fluoxetine HCl.
To address an USFDA deficiency a discriminating method was developed by USP Type IV dissolution apparatus for Azacytidine.
Screened several polymorphs and batches of Irbesartan by intrinsic dissolution and found the suitable form for formulation scale up process.
Developed a single mass compatible method for Esomeprazole degradants.
