Site Superintendent SOF Kennel 3.7m Project RAW kennel $2.1m Project

Over saw all construction on both including but limited to civil , mechanical, electrical, plumping and structural, scheduling, planning and coordinating with U.S. Army Crop of Engineers and client for the complete job I also handle SSHO, alternate QCM, and alternate erosion control. I over saw all field changes by coordinating with the designer. Both of these were Leed sliver projects.

02/2001-03/2010 Neutze Inc Uvalde TX

Project Superintendent/Manager Two Truck Stops totaling $13.5M

Responsible for the completion of two Commercial projects from the design with the owner and architect to the surveying, obtaining permits from city state EPA to taking bids and writing contracts for sub-contractors. When the project was under way I took over as the superintendent/mechanical quality control working with the owner. I had a field supervisor and 15 in house employees and eleven contractors on day to day bases. Handle SSHO, alternate QCM, and erosion control. Over saw 12 renovation on existing stores, which included Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural.

09/1998-02/2001 Rocky Mountain Steel CO

Superintendent Rocky Mountain Steel Renovation of Caster Cooling Vault $16M Construction

This project required me to supervise over 70 personnel and the management of multiple subcontractors, which include daily weekly and monthly scheduling. Logging man hours, safety reports and quality control reports the project required me being a central point of coordination between contractors, engineers and client during the design and construction process
