Moved to London to take up the role of Project Manager which led to the development of the Strategic Planning Group. Responsibilities included hiring, developing and managing this group in order to support the Executive Team by providing an effective Project Management and Agency Marketing team in order to meet EMEAA sales and revenue targets.
Responsibilities included -
Provide the focal point for all international offices including training, customer issues, product requirements, provisioning and contracts.
As part of the Global Communications Management Team, provided a communication forum for 3000 employees in 26 markets

Account/Sales Executive October 1995-August 1998
Initially employed as Account Executive, soon took on the role of Sales Executive in 1996. Managed portfolio of 135 accounts covering Scotland and North East England, including the top account in the UK at that time, bringing in revenue in excess of $6m annually.
Provided functional system and product training in a classroom environment. Demonstrating and selling new products to potential and existing clients, revenue increased substantially within my market. Also dealt with all contractual and invoice issues and any debt collection. Managed complete installation of new customers, from contract signature to communication infrastructure, equipment, engineer’s schedule, training and supporting accounts, as well as managing the Glasgow office and staff.
