My job includes supervising cashiers, handling returns and exchanges, customer complaints, taking applications, answering phone calls and tranfering those calls to appropriate departments, keeping front end tidy and organized. I handle mark downs and damaged or stolen items, recovery of store, pricing of items, and I handle the cash drawer and locked showcase. My job is to make sure the front end runs smooth and the customers are taken care of with the best customer service.

My job included several different areas at Fed Ex. I supervised the employees on A induction which means that I assigned employees to their appropriate locations, made sure trucks were unloaded in a timely and safe manner, and handled machine malfunctions. I also worked in the A&D office and that job included checking incoming and outgoing trucks, filling out appropriate paperwork and inputing it into our system, making sure trucks were assigned to the correct docks to be either loaded or unloaded, answering the phones and transfering those calls to the correct departments, and keeping the office organized and tidy.

My job included unloading trucks, making sure all freight was accounted for, stocking shelves and making sure that any overstock was tagged and put neatly in the stock room for future use. I also worked as a cashier to fill in if we were busy or just did not have enough coverage. My job also included assisting customers and other employees as needed.
