SKILL SUMMARY

Read and interpret blueprints..Work from verbal instructions..Able to set-up CNC mills and lathes

Set-up,operate and run manual lathes and mills. Edit CNC programs. Perform shop floor QC and SPC.

Use various measuring tools including mics, calipers, height gages, and profilometer.

Work independently with little or no supervision. Programming experience on

Okuma conversational OSP5000L CNC control.

03/10 to 12/10: Alro Steel-Aurora,Il.: set up and run manual duplex and simplex mills.

Mill ductile iron bars and blocks. Perform own QC.

05/06 to 06/09:Caterpillar Inc.-Aurora,Il.:Set up and run CNC tube benders. Set up and run

CNC mills and semi-automatic boring machine. Perform in-process inspections.

01/06 to 05/06:Jakes Machining & Rebuilding-Aurora,Il: Set up and run CNC lathes and mills

manufacturing components from various steels. Perform in-process inspections.

components. Fabricate parts from aluminum, ultem, torlon, and other materials.
