• Hitachi Automotive: 2011- Present

The line is set up to run production there is one lathe one that cut the thickness of the vane and does the ID then the parts go through a grinder that grinds the parts to their finish thickness next are three Brother mills two of them drills 4mm hole and one does the lockpin. I do tool changes, make offset adjustments, troubleshoot PM machines to produce intakes and exhaust vanes for Ford.

• Roper Pump 2010- 2010

I ran an Okuma LR lathe to produce part for Roper brand pumps. I did set-ups, edit programs: read blueprints change speed and feed, change spindle direction, bored jaws, tool changes and touch off tools. I ran small orders so I was constently changing over.

• Engineering and Cycle 2009- 2010

I did setups on several lathes: Okumas, Mazak, Cincinnati Avenger 200 T. I had to write several programs: by hand using blueprints or edit old programs to fit new parts. I would the get the machine setup, get the first part checked by QA then hand the machine over to an operator to run production. I also ran brother mill to as an operator. I did tool change, offset adjustment, troubleshoot and performed PMs. I use manual lathes and mills and grinders to produce parts also. Parts ranged from shafts, gun barrels, gun muzzles, and brake rotors for tractor to name a few.

• Baldor Electric Company 2006 - 2009

I setup and operated an Okuma Howa 280 VSP Twin Spindle Lathe and A Mori Seki milling center. I change jaws, tools, made offset adjustments and edit programs: changed speed and feeds, and spindle direction on the lathes. I change fixtures, tools and edit programs on the milling center. I was making brackets for electric motors.
