Customer Service Representative

Hi,

I am interested to take up the customer service representative post. I have worked as Customer service officer for 6 years in Standard Chartered bank and a Citibank outsourced company. I was providing mail and voice support to elite customers. I was handling all escalated customer query so I am well experienced in answering and mailing customer queries.
