WORK EXPERIENCE:

TO DATE

Position: Team Leader Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health in the General Rafael Urdaneta Thermoelectric Complex and All the Projects of Construction of Plants of Generation Combined Cycles State Zulia.

ACTIVITIES: Coordinate, advise and Audit to the leaders and general staff of the organization for Industrial Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health has permanent force in all activities, through the implementation of programs for Industrial Safety, Occupational Health and Environment, aimed at optimal management and risk control in facilities and equipment, minimizing the occurrence of potential accidents, all with the aim of making safety a culture within the company. These activities also apply to contractors covered by its laws and internal regulations.

Addition do the Acceptance testing of fire systems in a foam and water, ensuring that meets NFPA standards. To study the quantitative risk analysis, such as HAZOP, What if, ART.

Nowadays, in this complex is working about 1200 people from different backgrounds and specialties, in the construction of Plants of Generation Combined Cycles.

There are currently productive generation units supplied approx. 1200 Mw. daily in the complex.

Position: Head of the Unit Area Health and Safety Industrial Area Generation, attached to the Management of Health Safety and Environment.

ACTIVITIES: Coordinate, advise and audit leaders and the general staff of the organization for Industrial Security has permanent force in all activities through the implementation of the Industrial Safety, Health, Hygiene and Environment, led the optimal management and risk control at the facilities and equipment, minimizing the occurrence of potential accidents, all with the aim of making a safety culture within the company.

Coordinate, advise and audit the project s top management to the company s staff in general and contracted companies so that the industrial security has permanent validity in all activities through industrial security programs, occupational health, hygiene and environment addressed to optimal delivery, risk control in the facilities and equipment, minimizing potential work accidents; al this with the purpose of making safety a part of the company s work culture.

Performing acceptance test on fire systems based on foam and water, assuring that it meets the NFPA standards.

Position: Fuel Procurement and Management Planner, Company ENELGEN. (12 months).

ACTIVITIES: Fuel Procurement and Management Planner is the person responsible for the Control of Purchase, Billing and Payment of Fuels (liquid and gas) used in all power generation plants of the Corporation ENELVEN, and management all required documentation by government agencies that oversee them. The SAP is the tool used for this work. Making sure that tugboats or ships met the standards of fuel reception of the port of captain of Maracaibo.

Position: Technical Auditor Safety Industrial.

ACTIVITIES: The Technical Industrial Safety Auditor, Consultant and Audited, all processes in the field of Industrial Safety and Environment Hygiene Company ENELGEN to ensure that staff working at different facilities of the Corporation is exercising its functions in a safe manner, minimizing the occurrence of potential accidents. This post is meant as comprehensive as the implementation by the Government of the Law of the Power Sector with the separation of the activities of Generation, Transmission and Distribution of Electricity
