SENIOR HVAC MECHANIC
Nature of work
This is responsible technical enforcement work in the inspection of new and existing HVACsystems to determine and secure compliance with municipal and county HVAC codes and ordinances.Work involves responsibility for the inspection of a variety of HVAC systems in order to enforce adherence to municipal and county codes and regulations and to protect the public against safety hazards, caused by inferior materials and poor workmanship. Work also involves technical examinations and the application of standard trade practices to inspection work. Inspections are conducted independently, but in accordance with departmental regulations and established technical standards. Supervision is received through oral and written instructions and work is reviewed through reports submitted and occasional.

Nature of duties includes but not limited to:
Inspects and tests installations of HVAC systems to enforce adherence to municipal and county
codes and ordinances; ensures that HVAC systems and related parts of the system are properly sized and installed. Examines specifications, plans and materials of HVAC installations; checks for compliance with municipal and county codes and regulations and accepted trade standards.

•Repairs and service split units, central A/c package units, car A/C,window A/C, gas units and locating the ducts, outlets and intakes to maintain uniform air temperature and proper air circulation.
•Inspects air-conditioning units to ensure efficient operation and performs regularly scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units.
•Diagnoses mechanical and electrical malfunction; installs, replaces or repairs damaged equipment; calibrates thermostatic controls.
•Installs new heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems; repairs and replaces damaged or worn heating, ventilation and air-conditioning parts and equipment; repairs or replaces low and high pressure liquid lines.
•Inspects and observes pressure of liquids and vapor with instrumentation to ensure efficient operation of units and make necessary adjustments.
•Inspects and services refrigeration equipment including refrigerators, ice machines, gas packs and heat pumps, Fuel Heater, Electric Heater and maintains the chilled and hot water supply systems.
•Adjusts and maintains internal electrical and electronic control systems; cleans coils and blowers and checks motors and belt tensions and assembles and installs metal ductwork.
•Assists in planning and designing of new installations of heating and air-conditioning systems.

Light Wheel Mechanic
Highly skilled and motivated with hands on experience to perform service, troubleshooting, and repairs to most military track and wheel vehicles.
Maintenance, Inspecting and servicing all kind of armor vehicle like HMMV (M1114, M1115, M1151), LMTV Trucks, Heavy scrapper, Tractor, Vehicle Enhancement Kit, FRAG7 Installation etc. Adjusting brake system, Repairing and troubleshooting hydraulic cab, and also adjusting Engine valve as per Manuel, as it is required.
Inspecting and servicing all kind of Hemet, PLS truck, Repairing and troubleshooting as per manual.
• Diagnose the stem of trouble and evaluates the extent of repair required
• Perform PMCS, Annual Service and deadline work.
• Perform full range of repair and modification work on vehicles.
