Overview: I have previously supervised the day-to-day import functions of a large self-filing importer. This included the direct supervision of two employees, daily interaction with customers, large project management, database update & maintenance, daily product classification, audit support and supplier training. In addition, I maintained regular CBP interaction, including post entry filing, ruling requests and general inquiries. Computer Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access; working knowledge of VBA & SQL; experience in developing macros, queries, databases; familiar with digital image editing
