I direct large meetings skillfully and present compelling presentations. My background and experience is supported by a BA in Business Management with emphasis in Marketing, from Ft. Lewis College.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Revenue generation. Company wholesale parts had become stagnant and dealers had no marketing program in place. Established marketing plan and implemented new marketing strategies while training personnel. Increased targeted dealer wholesale sales by 9% in the first year and dealer profits by 21% (top in the nation).

Creative marketing. Dealers did not know how to effectively market add-on accessories. Distributed flyers and magnets and attached to vehicles displaying target accessory. Created handouts with discounts on parts purchased within 90 days after purchase. Achieved national recognition, increasing sales by 10%.

Saved $400K YOY. Company was spending $500K annually for outside vendor to pull mailing lists for direct marketing campaigns. Discovered they were pulling from duplicate database company owned. Petitioned HQ to hire full-time individual to pull clean lists for company increasing cost-control.

Increased customer retention. Customer Service Retention (CSR) was at 11.2% and showed little improvement over prior two years, after falling for five years. Initiated targeting of largest dealers and inactive customer base with special offers on monthly basis. CSR went to 13.5% in 18 months, a 21% increase.

Improved customer satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) was poor and took an average of nine days to resolve conflicts. Installed new procedure that enabled review twice a week for managers. Reduced average resolution days to 4.3, increasing CSI accordingly.
