Field Development Trainer
In this role I developed and delivered effective product and soft skills training to over 400 branch managers, staff, and agents in 41 offices nationwide using traditional classroom training, webinar training, online training sessions, and weekly teleconferencing. I facilitated relationship selling system integration and activity management implementation using my coaching skills, applying Adult Learning Theory and Train the Trainer methodologies to motivate fifteen different learning groups each week. I followed up on all the training with the learners individually providing feedback and coaching. I also provided weekly reports on each learning group’s observed progress to the management team.

Agency Development Manager
I recruited new agents and substantially exceeded my recruiting goals using referrals from existing agents and by developing centers of influence. I trained field agents using a combination of classroom training, web based e-training, and field sales training sessions. I supervised agents regularly to monitor activity and execution and used one on one sessions and field observation to coach them and improve their performance. In the field training role I also sold and enrolled new cases, facilitated open enrollments of existing cases, and provided ongoing policy service to all clients.

I established, built, and managed a productive and profitable insurance agency recruiting motivated employees and a developing a large community footprint while marketing commercial property and casualty, workers compensation, bonds, personal lines auto and homeowners, life and health insurance, and employee benefits and voluntary products to a diverse clientele that included large contractors, builders, wholesale distributors, small business owners, attorneys, and physicians by building relationships and using community based prospecting techniques, developing centers of influence, and maintaining a strong referral network. I was a leader throughout this community and became President of the Lion’s Foundation, Affiliate Director of the West Valley Board of Realtors, and PR Director of the Little League. I sought out and developed relationships with brokers, vendors, and insurance companies that enhanced my ability to deliver superior service to all of my clients.
