My high level of concentration, motivation, enthusiasm and organization skills has assisted me in achieving strong grades at Seneca College, which reflects my commitment to success. My strong communications skills, ability to multi-task, quick decision making skills, and my mature behaviour and personality would make me a valuable asset to your team. In my communications courses I have gained valuable knowledge directly relating to communication procedures, protocols, policies, and techniques. Also in my communications courses I gained knowledge of APCO and related information to Emergency Services Communications. In my English course I furthered myself in improving on my writing techniques and gained a better understanding of the English language. In my psychology course I was able to greatly expand upon my knowledge of human behaviour and their thought processes. My past employment at Ornge confirmed my drive to be a part of the emergency dispatch field, I learned every day, I grew, and I look forward to making this my full time career.

Through challenging leadership positions, especially at a young age, I have developed a strong sense of responsibility, effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to contribute to teamwork; even in high pressure environments. As a student, I consistently dealt with deadlines, teamwork, stress and pressure while continuously producing high grades and maintaining a personal life. My background in customer service has given me exceptional amount of knowledge on how to deal with all sorts of people and circumstances. As a dispatcher I have consistently improved upon my leadership role being able to supervise multiple co-workers. I am consistently enhancing my organization skills, accuracy and multi-tasking on phones, radios, and computers. I continue to positively further develop my relationship with co-workers, emergency agencies, and clients.
