Commercial manufacturing, running a crew of 9 plus, interviewed and recommended candidates for hire, familiarized new personnel with facilities, training and protection practices, performed performance reviews, recommended corrective measures and disciplinary action when required, ensured the electrical area was kept clean and hazard free and reported safety hazards, reviewed failures and recommended repair or replacement, ensured repairs were accomplished, reviewed and monitored work load, tracks and assigned work loads as well as job status and labour changes, maintained time, work order and material, insured that all work was done to a high level of standard, reviewed plans for future building projects.

ACTIVTIES
My interest are spending time with my wife and 3 children, fishing, hiking and the outdoors, softball and getting out with friends.
