• I have over 10 years of beverage alcohol sales and management experience from direct sales to sales management in beverage sales. As CEO of a beverage business, I successfully oversaw all operations, sales, promotions, marketing, warehouse/delivery logistics, and an administrative office for a 33 million dollar 15 store business. I was responsible for training sales staff, ordering product from vendors, maintaining appropriate inventory levels at the distribution center, marketing, and promoting brands within the stores.

• I am a dynamic leader with a strong record of driving results in execution, productivity, sales and profits through passionate teaming and focus. Extensive and diverse experience includes improving results in many new challenges and reorganizations, leading real change, and building strong long term businesses and high performing cultures.

• A strong skill that I posses is analyzing data to see trends and making different presentations to help the team to success. I am an avid reader of beverage alcohol business development, trends, and marketing efforts and I have toured many distilleries and wineries domestically and international and am familiar with the distilling process of spirits and the wine making process. • I am a skilled negotiator. For example, I successful negotiated 10 leases and was successful at creating a more inviting atmosphere for our customers by making placement locations for retail stores that were located in consumer convenient locations, designed with an upscale modern flare, and customer friendly. • One of my main priorities was sales and I achieved this by setting goals and objectivities, staying focused, and performing activities that direct contributed to sales. I plan for results not events, and develop statistics to stay on task. • Another area of my focus was marketing. I developed a five year business plan that I monitored and fully executed at the end of the term. To achieve this, I envisioned how

• and where the business can prosper instead of its current status. I developed a Retail Shelf Management System (similar to category management systems) and presented my

technique at an annual statewide meeting and was invited to other systems to help with their shelf placements. Additionally, I developed a cross merchandising program and presented those initiatives at our state conference.

• Another priority was to improve the system’s outdated technology systems. I began by improving the ordering system by purchasing and implementing new ordering software

that allowed me to constantly monitored levels to ensure appropriate levels of inventory at the warehouse and at all 15 retail stores. Within 5 years, I implemented new point of sale technology at all 15 locations that enabled more competent inventory controls. To help with the growing demand of mixed beverage orders, I executed a new ordering system to streamline the process with an emphasis on efficiency and productivity. In addition, I technologically advanced our image by designing a website for the business.

• I selected and secured fortified wines and mixers for 15 retail locations. I priced these selections keeping in mind profit margins.

• As I saw mixed beverage outlets needing education on the influx of numerous new products, I created a mixed beverage expo trade show partnering with the alcohol beverage industry. Our clients had over 75 booths to gather information and see hands on demonstrations.

In conclusion, I am loyal, dedicated, and hardworking and will give each day all that I have. My diverse experience has helped me develop strong skills in selling techniques, negotiations, verbal presentations, written communications, computer skills/applications, data analysis, warehouse and distribution center operations, personnel issues, and financial management.
