AISA Intern: Answer customer calls and document trouble tickets in the healthcare information technology tracking system (Footprints). Physical relocation, repair, setup, etc. of desktops and related hardware. Generate service disruption reports to monitor workload and priorities. Provide remote workstation support to the end users using a remote desktop support tool. Coordinate with Service Desk staff in restoring and/or acquiring services that are managed centrally by EIS HQ.
