Construction Project Manager for mid-rise housing developments in Elizabeth, N.J., Jersey City N.J. and West Windsor N.J. All three of these projects were assisted living housing developments for senior citizens. The Jersey City Senior Housing was approximately $9 million and both Elizabeth and West Windsor Senior Housing Projects were approximately $6 million.

Completed a townhouse condominium in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. This was a $5 million dollar out of the ground project on a 3 acre site. All of the townhouses were of concrete block and plank construction. Prepared all requisitions and supervised the construction.

Completed the construction of a sugar factory in Corozal, Belize. This was a $3 million dollar project that included the out of ground construction of a steel framed structure built on a concrete foundation. All of the mechanical systems were also tested and put on line.

Assistant Project Manager at the 4th Avenue Line Project for the N.Y.C. M.T.A. This multi-million dollar project included the removal and replacement of all of the track from Pacific Street through 95th Street in Brooklyn. Also, all of the pump rooms and relay rooms along this line were removed and replaced. Prepared all requisitions, coordinated with subs and processed all submittals. Performed field supervision,

Soil mechanics lab director. Soil test results were part of the subsurface studies for the expansion and widening of the New Jersey Turnpike and the Hutchinson River Parkway.
