ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE
• Increasing Production by using WITNESS Simulation package (2006-07)
Built the production layout using the Simulation WITNESS software; identified the bottleneck in the production line and tested four various settings; reduced 7 hours production time from the original production time. (Target: 8 hours 30 min)
• Investigate different joint schemes in Mechanism model using ADAMS (2006)
1. Built a computer model of the whitworth quick-return (QR) mechanism
2. Validated the computer model using the input/output data
3. Parameterize the selected design model and carried out sensitivity study
