Checking and verification of HVAC Design & Drawing.

Planning, Monitoring, Coordinating and Executing of all HVAC Works.

Erection & Installation of Ducts, Chillers, Pumps, Fans and other heavy equipments and Set up Of Air Conditioning Plant Room.

Erection & Installation of Chilled Water Pipe Lines, Checking the Welding Joints and Quality of Welding.

Insulation of Ducts and Chilled Water Pipe.

Studying Engineering Drawings & Preparing the Bills.

Handling the Man power, Material and Quality of Work.

Coordinating with Vendors and Contractors for the timely completion of the Project.

Forecasting of Material for the continuously work flow.

Coordinating with other fellow contractors for clearances to work.

Preparing the measurement, checking the measurement with clients and take the certification.

Quality checking of all the activities.

Proper co-ordination with our other Departments like Purchase, Planning, Sales, Accounts for Corrective Completion of Project.

Managing the Projects and try to reduce the Expenditure.

Maintaining the good relation with Client, PMC, Vendors, and Contractor.

Execution the Project as per Approved Drawings, Specifications, Scope of Work and Quality.

Individually handling the site.

Proficient in referring standards and specification such as ISHARE, ASHARE.

Verifying and certifying of all inventories in accordance to tender specifications

And standards.

Diploma in refrigeration and Air-conditioning (3 Years).
