Maintained narcotic records and inventory for the institution. Developed a recording and inventory document for narcotics to be destroyed, used in lieu of the DEA form 40, and approved by the DEA for this facility, reducing risk of inventory diversion.

Wrote and implemented the policy and procedures for IV admixture preparation, specifically with training and preparer validation of aseptic technique.
