Testimonials

I have had the privilege of knowing Denise Zoeterman for more than 10 years. I first worked with Denise while serving on the Board of Directors of Horizons of West Michigan, an organization that focused on a constituency who were in need of housing while working through behavioral health or substance abuse issues. I was extremely impressed with Denise’s work style, professional presence and the mission of her organization, and I was pleased to subsequently serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of HHS Health Options. I worked closely with Denise as HHS sold its commercial case management division and later merged the long-term care division with Christian Living Services. Throughout the multi-year process, Denise demonstrated exemplary fiscal responsibility, compassion and fairness to her staff, and excellent communication and collaboration with the executive team of the Board. As she clearly demonstrated during her tenure as President and CEO of HHS Health Options, Denise definitely possesses the requisite leadership qualities and high moral character that will make her a valuable asset to any organization she becomes affiliated with.
