Administrative Coordinator for the RED-HF Clinical Pharmaceutical Research Study Team
and my responsibilities included administering EDM Teams (an intranet based document
storage and retrieval system), heavy e-mail and complex calendaring, ordering and shipping
large amounts of clinical study related materials using FedEx and UPS systems, Amgen specific
travel systems (Concur), expense reporting, ordering supplies, arranging high level onsite
and offsite meetings with staff and outside vendors that included clinical research study
doctors who participated in the study.
Act-1 Temporary @ Amgen, Inc. – Administrative Coordinator II - General Medicine
Responsible for three high level staff member’s calendars, answering e-mails, updated
spreadsheets and prepared presentations, heavy expense report preparation and domestic
and international travel, organizing large complex offsite meetings that included negotiating
the hotel’s contract for sleeping room blocks, catering and meeting room set up and take down,
as well as other various administrative duties as they were presented .
