In my 6+ years of merchant services I have had a very hands on approach to all my merchants and other partner relationships. I have worked with retail, restaurant, wholesale, internet along with home based businesses to assist in accepting credit card payments.
Presenting educational sessions to merchants at Chambers of Commerce, Financial Institutions and other organizations that I partner or member with.
Personally creating, managing and following through on leads.
Providing comparison quotes to merchants if requested.
Personal contact and follow up with new merchants.
Personal meeting with new merchants to learn what services they need and explain what would be the best route to success in their business.
Completed and submitted all pertinent paperwork with each merchant in person for most all accounts.
