Created training activities using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to assist New Hires and facilitators with the training process. Served as a member of the EET Team for Coaches while continuing my day to day activities as a coach. Represented American Express as a coach while traveling in Utah and Texas. Demonstrated Leadership Skills, by being able to effectively communicate with the vendor site management on American Express processes and procedures. Organized, American Express trainers and vendor site trainers into focus groups to discuss training gaps.

Duties included:
Unsupervised third shift cashier. Taking on customer service duties, such as ringing purchases, adjusting price changes, voids, overrides, etc. Responsible for contacting the Help Desk in case of register or main computer breakdown and solving the problem. Set – up store displays. Promoted sale items. In charge of checking each vendor in and out by counting how much product they bring and take out. Assisting scan analyst with pricing and HBA clerk with stocking product. Handled the stocking of each cigarette tote and candy such as stickering and placing on the shelf and ordering by controlling the back stock. Responsible for the appearance of the front end.
