• BCA completed from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith under AU.P University.
• Completed 10+2 with science from NIOS, Varanasi in 2008.
• Matriculated from Little Flower House, Varanasi under CBSE board in 2005.

• ‘C’ language certification completed.
WORK EXPERIENCE
• 7 months experience with Wipro Infotech as BT Project Engineer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Working as a Project Engineer for British Telecom project. British Telecom [BT] is a UK based Telecom Giant.
• My role in the project is to monitor alarms using Netcool Webtop on the telephone network and raise faults using remedy/sofia to repair if remote solution is not possible.
• Also my team is the Control for Engineers our responsibility is to control the Engineers Rota and allocate the Engineer’s for the fault as per the post code and then allocation the Resource Viewer on completion of the work.
• By using Remedy tool Guiding Engineers about the case & explaining them the technical specifications for the onsite device.
• E.g. Router status, Fast Ethernet ports, Switch.
• Knowledge of applications like Siebel, BMC Remedy, CAMSS, CSS, etc
• Check for the Circuit centric problems and raise faults related to the circuits.
• Testing circuits for Alarms.
• E.g. ISDN30, KXUK, KUAX,MUAX,ISDN2E ETC.
• Place & Chase of raised Tickets by monitoring diagnostic process with the help of Remedy.
• Running tests on lines
• E.g. PSTN & ISDN2E, SERVICE LINE.
• Handling the escalation tickets / calls.
• Coordinated with the Engineers to discuss technicalities.
• Performing tests on Circuits and ADSL lines.
• Working on Critical cases and providing solutions for respective issues.
• We use to follows SLA as per project policies. It depends on severity of the Technical Faults/cases.
• We interact with overseas UK based Engineers for technical discussion and support.
