Conduct initial intake on incarcerated individuals to provide continuity of care. Complete clinical opiate withdrawal scale on at risk clients. Evaluate the signs and symptoms of withdrawal and confer with the treatment team for dose appropriateness. Utilize the City’s lock and track system to locate inmates. Complete patient census within computerized charting system on daily basis. Have individual sessions in both English and Spanish. Conduct group orientations about the program to incoming inmates. Collect oral specimen test. Escort the medical staff to other locations and to the Philadelphia Prison System.
